AfterCare Options

The Midtown AfterCare is run by Midtown staff and GameON.   

Dear Midtown Families,

We are excited to announce the launch of our Aftercare Program, designed to provide a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for our students after school hours. This program begins on the first day of school and continues through the last day of school, offering a range of activities that cater to various interests and needs. This year, programming will be offered to students in grades K-5.

Program Details:

• Days and Hours:
  • Monday - Thursday: 2:40 PM - 5:30 PM
  • Friday: 12:30 PM - 5:30 PM
• Cost: $225 per month per student
  • Additional $75 per month per sibling enrolled

Our Aftercare Program includes a variety of activities such as:

• Snack time
• SEL and Team Building Activities
• Homework help
• Movement activities
• Art projects
• Photography club
• And much more!

We aim to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for our students, helping them grow academically, creatively, and socially.

Important Information:

• Limited Spaces Available: Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Scholarships: We offer a limited number of scholarships to help offset the cost for families in need. These scholarships are also awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. If your scholar is offered a slot and you are in need of a scholarship, please reach out to Andrea M. McKinney or call 410-225-3257. 

Please complete the enrollment form on the link below and submit it as soon as possible.  Once seats have been filled, a waitlist will be created.  We will also share information regarding nearby aftercare programs for those who are not offered a seat at this time but still need immediate aftercare.  We will be in contact with you no later than Friday, August 9, 2024.
